Example: SWMH, DWMH, Stick Build, Log Home, Brick Home, Modular, Off-frame Modular, Bona Fide Farm (include Farm#), or if a new business provide the name. If property has an address already and you wish to verify it, list the address and what type of home it is. If this property is a recent purchase OR a pending purchase – indicate this information and who the previous owner was.
Please upload a Site Plan of your property, as close to scale as possible, to show the location of your Driveway (by a simple line) and where the structure is planned to go (by a simple square like shape). Your drawing can be done several different ways by either drawing on: a copy of your survey/plat or a copy/screenshot from our GIS website. You may also provide a copy of your Health Department Site Plan (as long as it is an accurate plan) or a Construction Site or Plot Plan.
