Early voting starts on 4/25/2024 and runs through 5/11/2024.
You can now go on-line and fill out a “voter registration application”. You will need to go to the State Board of Elections website at: www.ncsbe.gov .   Once you have filled form out, send to the Board of Elections Office at 300 S. Garnett Street, Henderson, NC. 27536.
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM in the Board of Elections at the Henry A. Dennis Building.
The following is a list of the days and dates on which the Vance County Board of Elections will meet (if necessary) to approve the applications for absentee ballots for the Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. The meetings will be held at the Board of Election’s Office, 300 S Garnett St # C, Henderson, NC 27536, pursuant to G.S. 163.230.1(c1). Any other business transacted by the Board will be done at this time.

The Board will meet at 4:00 pm on Election Day, Tuesday, May 14, 2024, in order to count approved absentee ballots.
