Program Integrity:聽
The Program Integrity worker tasks are investigation, establishment and collection of over payments, whether fraudulent or misrepresented, with each eligibility program. The Program Integrity worker utilizes court action, both criminal and civil, tax intercept, wage garnishment, allotment reduction, and voluntary repayment as methods of collections for over payments of benefits. Program Integrity workers have the responsibility of ensuring that tax dollars are going to families in need.
Collections:聽
Cases referred to Program Integrity are assessed for collection and if necessary disqualification or court action.
Referrals:
Referrals can be made to the Program Integrity worker by citizens or by caseworkers.
Complaints from citizens can be made by phone or by coming into the office.聽 Caseworkers can fill out a referral form聽for investigation.聽 There is much information that is needed to pursue fraudulent activities or misrepresentation claims.
When citizens call in, they do not have to identify themselves. However, the Program Integrity worker will need to ask specific questions to be able to establish a basis for investigation.
聽The public is Program Integrity’s best source of information.

Programa de Integridad:
Las tareas del trabajador del Programa de Integridad son la investigaci贸n, establecimiento y la recaudaci贸n de sobre pagos, ya sea fraudulento o representaci贸n falsa, con cada programa de elegibilidad. El trabajador del Programa de Integridad utiliza una acci贸n judicial, tanto penal como civil, intercepci贸n de impuestos, retenci贸n de salarios, reducci贸n de la asignaci贸n y devoluci贸n voluntaria como m茅todos de colecciones de sobre pagos de beneficios. Los trabajadores del Programa de Integridad tienen la responsabilidad de asegurar que los d贸lares de los impuestos van a las familias necesitadas.
Colecciones:
Los casos a que se refiere al Programa de Integridad son evaluados para la recolecci贸n y si es necesario descalificaci贸n o acci贸n judicial.
Referencias:
Las referencias se pueden hacer al trabajador del Programa de Integridad por los ciudadanos o por los trabajadores de casos.
Las quejas de los ciudadanos se pueden hacer por tel茅fono o present谩ndose en nuestra oficina. Los trabajadores de casos pueden llenar un formulario de referencia para investigaci贸n. Hay mucha informaci贸n que se necesita para llevar a cabo actividades fraudulentas o reclamaciones de falsificaci贸n.
Cuando los ciudadanos llaman, ellos no tienen que identificarse. Sin embargo, el trabajador del Programa de Integridad tendr谩 que hacer preguntas espec铆ficas para poder establecer una base de investigaci贸n.
